Hhahaha! That is so cute! Maybe this will start a new trend. "If you clean your room, you can wear your Wonder Woman costume!"

ROFL - and don't you forget it! Now where's my superwoman cape? Oh yeah, it's still in the dryer (or was it the washer?)...

That's cute!

There was a short series on the SciFi channel called "Who Wants To Be a Super-Hero," and it showed all the contestants doing morning chores in their costumes.

This is great! I love it. I'll have to show it to my own Ninja, who thinks superheroes just have to save the world and stuff.

Thanks for stopping by my blog~~and yes, I not only write but also read historical fiction. Love it! Who do you like to read?

Historical mysteries are some of my favorites too. I love Elizabeth Peters' Amelia Peabody series, and also I've just discovered Karen Harper's Elizabeth I series. And then I learned of another Tudor England mystery series, which I haven't read yet, by Kathy Lynn Emerson.

I have a Caleb Carr on my shelf I haven't read, and also I've enjoyed Carole Nelson Douglas's Irene Adler series.

You?

(My first book comes out in January--it's not a mystery, but more of a suspense, with some romance thrown in and a few vampires.)

I think I might show this to my superman as inspiration. Thanks bunches.

PS. Read 3 or 4 posts, I'm new. I sense a bit of kindred spirit. Especially with the "movie in school" post. We homeschooled for 2 yrs after the district where we used to live started showing PG-13 movies in the K-5 school. Tell me, what 9 yr old gets to decide if they watch "Pirates of the Caribbean"?

So we moved, all better. I have a Middle School daughter too.
